Ideal Entertainment Software Inc. (“Ideal Entertainment”) would like you (the “User”) to familiarize yourself with and agree to (“Agreement”) the terms and conditions (“Terms”) for Legacy of Warriors and its use.
Ideal Entertainment reserves the right to change the Terms at anytime and by continuing to use Ideal Entertainment’s product we will treat that as your review, acceptance and acknowledgment to any changes made. If you do not or cannot agree to the Terms and conditions set we ask that you discontinue use Ideal Entertainment products and services immediately. Although Ideal Entertainment works to make its site error free we take no liability for any omission.
All rights and title in and to the services (including without limitation any user accounts, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogue, catch phrases, locations, concepts, artwork, animations, sounds, musical compositions, audio-visual effects, methods of operation, moral rights, any related documentation, "applets" incorporated into the game client, transcripts of the chat rooms, character profile information, recordings of games played using the game client, and the game client and server software) are owned by Ideal Entertainment. Legacy of Warriors sites and services are protected by Canadian and international laws, and may contain certain licensed materials in which Ideal Entertainment may enforce their rights in the event of any violation of this Agreement.
All service and content made available by Ideal Entertainment are owned and copyright by Ideal Entertainment. Ideal Entertainment retains ownership over any account and by registering we agree to grant you the ability to use the Account. You may not purchase, sell, gift or trade any Account, or offer to purchase, sell, gift or trade any Account, and any such attempt shall render the Account(s) null and void.
By registering you agree that you have no right or title in or to any such content, including without limitation the virtual goods or currency appearing or originating in Legacy of Warriors or any other attributes associated with the Account or stored in the services including content uploaded by the User.
All virtual goods or currency appearing or originating in the Legacy of Warriors belong to Ideal Entertainment and may not be traded or sold for legal tender.
By registering to Legacy of warriors you are granted to the use of its services including the forum and basic game play. By purchasing additional services you are entitled to the added features they supply. If you have not registered you are not entitled to use any features of Ideal Entertainments sites and forums. If you have registered with an unreachable or temporary e-mail address you forfeit all usage rights to said account.
A User must pick a username that does not infringe any copyrights, trademarks or impersonate anyone that can be mistaken for an Ideal Entertainment employee, member of authority or contain any offensive language including racial slurs, hurtful, offensive, destructive or unlawful or otherwise inappropriate words. We reserve the right to make any User change their username at our discretion or ban/delete the Account for failing to abide by these rules. We reserve the right to delete, ban/suspend or modify any account for any reason or without notice to you.
You are responsible for your password and keeping it safe. WE WILL NEVER ASK YOU FOR YOUR PASSWORD. You should never give it to anyone. A User is responsible for any activity done under that User’s Account. Ideal Entertainment holds no responsibility for misuse of a User’s Account. If you believe someone has stolen or otherwise gained accesses to your account or password please submit a password recovery at http://account.legacyofwarriors.com/forgot-password.php and contact customer support at support@legacyofwarriors.com
Legacy of Warriors and its features are constantly being improved and changed with every new version and the game experience may change at any time. Ideal Entertainment reserves the right to cease operations of servers at anytime. Any in game currency that has been purchased with legal tender will no longer hold any real world value.
Ideal Entertainment requires that anyone on or between the ages of 13 to 17 has a legal parent/guardian review our privacy policy and terms and conditions before allowing registration to Ideal Entertainments product. By registering you are representing your agreement to parental/guardian consent for use of Ideal Entertainments site and its services.
If you are under 18 and we find you have not received consent to use our services we reserve the right to delete or ban/suspend your Account.
If we discover anyone under the age of 13 has created an Account they will have the Account and all information deleted from our site.
LEGACY OF WARRIORS AND ITS SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND IDEAL ENTERTAINMENT SOFTWARE INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT LEGACY OF WARRIORS OR ITS SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT LEGACY OF WARRIORS OR ITS SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. IDEAL ENTERTAINMENT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL IDEAL ENTERTAINMENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE IDEAL ENTERTAINMENT WEB SITE, SOFTWARE AND/OR SERVICES, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
YOU AGREE TO ASSUME ALL RISK RELATED TO YOUR USE OF IDEAL ENTERTAINMENT WEBITES AND SERVICES, INLCUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE RISK OF COMMUNICATIONS WITH OTHER PEOPLE OR DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU SHALL HAVE NO OWNERSHIP OR OTHER PROPERTY INTEREST IN THE ACCOUNT, AND YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT ALL RIGHTS IN AND TO THE ACCOUNT ARE AND SHALL FOREVER BE OWNED BY AND INURE TO THE BENEFIT OF IDEAL ENTERTAINMENT SOFTWARE INC.
Ideal Entertainment shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside the reasonable control of Ideal Entertainment, including without limitation any failure to perform hereunder due to unforeseen circumstances or cause beyond Ideal Entertainment’s control such as acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labour or materials.
If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This Terms Agreement is the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between you and Ideal Entertainment Software inc, concerning Legacy of Warriors, and this Agreement supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreement, either oral or written, and any other communications with regard thereto between you Ideal Entertainment. This Agreement may only be modified as set forth herein. The section headings used herein are for reference only and shall not be read to have any legal effect.
I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOREGOING TERMS AGREEMENT AND AGREE THAT MY USE OF LEGACY OF WARRIORS AND ITS SERVICES IS AN ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF MY AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS TERMS AGREEMENT.
